[pct-l] ULA packs vs. six moons packs

Ginny and I have used ULA packs for several years - last year for the CDT, 
this year for the GDT and more than a few days in between.  Comes time 
for another pack (like "now" - 'cause we wore one of them out this summer) 
we'll buy another one.  Good product, good service.
