There's another great event to see all the vendors, hear presentations from
the experts, and mix and mingle with the folks who make the trail possible
-- at the PCTA's Trail Fest. This year it's in Sacramento, March 28th -
30th,

ALL of the lightweight gear manufacturers are there. Not only that, you're
supporting the PCTA, and in doing so supporting the trail itself, by
attending.

Here, I invested in Brian's product.

Either way, you'll be very well taken care of by either Ron or Brian.

One of the REALLY cool things about ADZPCTKO- the organizers are
particular about the vendors who present there. If it can wait, meet up
with Ron and Brian next KO. Talk to them, see their stuff first hand and
hear from a ton of folks who've used these fine products on thru hikes
of their own!

Hello everyone,

another "vs." question: what are things to consider when deciding
between ULA packs and six moons packs? build quality? service? i was
looking at the packs in the 3000 cu. inch range...

is it worth considering that i am looking at six moons for tents, too?
would it be wise to get both from the same company? people seem to
really like ron moak, and maybe having 2 things from one company could
just help in case anything happens...no? mabye?

another question: is all of six moons' gear constructed in the US?

thanks again....and i found all of the info on the bear canisters
great...i think i will be a renter...

be well,
moondog
