Well, I think that we're all set, all of the planning and materials and  
arrangements are done and campsites distributed, food and drinks  bought, 
presentations prepared and ready.  
 
Hold your hats on for another great event.  However, of course, we  need your 
help;
 
- Please help out wherever and whenever someone says "Hey, can I get a few  
volunteers over here?"
- Please try to help out with rides needed by hikers.
- Please bring your ice chest with ice for keeping the massive  amount of 
drinks cold.
- Please bring a barbecue if you live nearby and can safely transport it;  
with tank full of course!
- Please consider bringing a desert for Friday's and/or Saturday's dinner. 
- Please check in at the sign in desk whether you have pre-registered or  
not.  The campground is FULL!
- Please leave any negative attitudes at home, this event is for the  upbeat, 
positive, supportive, loving, kind and passionate trail community  that we 
all know and love.
