[pct-l] Weather forecasts for along the PCT

Past emails got me thinking about a simple weather forecast resource for
trek planning, so here is the beta release of weather forecasts along the
PCT. The beta release will be  for 7 days and towns along the trial. As
performance and speed are reviewed I may increase the trail points along the
