[pct-l] alcohol sipping via UPS?

We were told several years ago at our Pleasanton office that we had to 
register as a shipper by filling out forms. We decided that USPS surface 
ORM-D was easier with just the label. Please let us know what the current 
system is.

Anyone know how to ship alcohol via UPS?  They mention the ORM-D labelling
on their site, but not clear how to go about it.  I'm planning on calling
them tomorrow if no one has the details.
