[pct-l] Fire Permits

Hi All  Last year I got the permit at the K O  but this year I Printed it 
off this site and it is the exact same permit as last year. I filled it out 
and keep it with me when hiking. I will ask the ranger at the K O if it is O 
K but I believe it is.  But
