I talked to the Post Master type person, Martin, at the Post Office type thing (privately contracted) at Snoqualmie Pass in Washington.
His way of doing things:

He does not have room to store packages in his little closet/office in the Cheveron Station.
Packages are normally held at the Real Post Office way down the hill in North Bend.

He will help us out if,

He is only open from 10-12 Mon-Sat

Martin is going to corner the new owner John, of the Inn next door and try to get something set up with him for registerd guests to receive packages directly at the Inn.
