thanks for your offer to make more 04 and 05 copies. I burned about thirty 
2005 DVD's for the kickoff just in case there are some 05ers there who 
didn't receive one in the mail last August. I'll also have a very small 
handful of 2004 with me. 03 and 06 will be available there as well.
