[pct-l] Golden Oak Spring- Section E

Golden Oak Spring is now questionable as a water source.  It is a break
between 42 dry miles, Oak Creek at Tehachapi-Willow Springs Rd. and Robin
Bird Spring to the north.
 
What can we do to alleviate this problem?  The guidebook says the BLM
upgraded the spring in the nineties.  Does the BLM or FS check on and
"service" these springs?  Should the PCTA try to move this along with the
proper agency?
 
Caches are nice, but a allot of work.
 
Any spring plumbers out there??
