For those of you who use an MP3 player on the trail you might be interested in checking out a new product called a Buderap at  www.buderap.com 
These are great for holding your headphones around your neck when you just want to hike and listen to nature and not your music.  They are kind of like your sunglass straps/retainers which help you from loosing them on the trail.  Light weight too!
