Kilts on the PCT?..........Outrageous!!!............we must put a stop to
this immediately!!!
Being a normal red blooded good old boy,  although some may question if in
fact I am normal,  besides the scenic grandeur of the wilderness one of the
thinks I always enjoy about backpacking is the sight of shapely girly hikers
bouncing down the trail. Thru hiking really seems to develop
the...uhh...girly parts on girls.

It's funny to watch the guy's reactions when they meet up with girls on the
trail.                                              Hhhiii.........can I
help you set up your tent?
Uuuhhh......would like a bite of my Sniker bar?
You know, the usual mating ritual.
Can you imagine the bewilderment of thru hikers running into some guys in
kilts, after several month on the trail and after going through all the
mating ritual discover those hairy legs petruding from the kilts?
They will question their own sanity, thinking they have been on the trail to
long.

This is cruel and must be stopped.
Kilts must be banned on the PCT or must be ankle length.

                 I  SAY  LETS  PUT  IT  TO  A  VOTE  AT  THE  KICKOFF

Since not everybody will be at the Kickoff use the included absentee ballot
by checking the appropriate box and return it to  SWITCHBACK  the Registrar
of voters.
