There has been a lot of talk on this List about language recently and how to
interpret it. Here is something interesting and something each of us can
never say enough of. Let's never forget the important things in life or on the
 trail.

How to say 'I love you' in 25 languages.....
English - I Love You
Spanish - Te Amo
French - Je T'aime
German - lch Liebe Dich
Japanese - Ai Shite Imasu
Thai - Phom rak khun
Italian - Ti amo
Chinese - Wo Ai Ni
Swedish - Jag Alskar

Alabama, Arkansas, Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas, North Carolina, South Carolina,
Georgia, Tennessee, Idaho, Missouri, Mississippi, Montana, Louisiana, West
Virginia, Kentucky, parts of Florida: "Nice ass , Get in the truck."

Whatever your language, I hope you will always remember that you can never
say "I love you" too many times in life. Even on the trail or a trailtown
saloon late at night.

Respectfully, your caring and sensitive hiking buddy, Switchback
