This sucks and is a violation of law and is not appreciated.

Unfortunately, I don't think he can take it down, since it was posted
to one of those sites that just serves up the file blindly until it
hits a certain bandwidth or time limit. The only way is to write the
service managers and ask them to remove it because it's copyrighted
material.
