[pct-l] Washington Rain on the Way

Northern Washington along the Cascades looks to be getting some badly needed 
rain at the end of the week and early next week as well. Albeit, not a whole 
lot.

It will also get alot colder, with Thursday nighttime temps in the mid to 
low 30's, snow level 5-6K feet, with warming over the weekend.

This weather pattern will be a bummer for hikers, but the colder air, 
increased humidity will certain be a relief for the fire crews/residents.
