Some good news on the future of Callahan's...

Just received a note from Donna and Ron Bergquist...  They are planning to rebuild Callahan's...  
They "could never walk away leaving a dark hole on the mountain."
Current plans are for 23 rooms, an expanded banquet room, and a slightly smaller restaurant - possibly (and hopefully) by summer 2007...

Maybe their website, <http://www.callahanslodge.com/>, will have updates in the future when they are rebuilding...
The website also has an email address - send them your memories and encouragement!

My best wishes and best of luck to the Bergquists in rebuilding Callahan's so that it may also continue to assist PCTers...
