[pct-l] Skill Sets

I found using a gps and the Harrison maps where all I
needed.  The gps is so much faster and user friendly. 
Never failed once from KM to sierra city.  My best
piece of equipment I had with me for this stretch.

In fact I never saw anyone using map and compass in
the sierra this year.
