[pct-l] Trail Registers

I am interested in gathering the following information about the Trail Registers:

Where are they located; the more specifics the better;
Who manages them, i.e., who keeps and/or stores them;
Who replaces them when filled;

I "cc'ed" to the pcta.

I am interested in the present locates and seeing that they are stored for the trail's historical value. In some ways, for those who signed-in, it might be their only "mark" of having been on the trail.
