[pct-l] Ground cloth - myth or requirement

This would work for a floorless tent.
I use a an Equinox ultralight mummy bivi with just a tarp or a tarp/poncho.
Part of its purpose is to act as a ground cloth.  Holding in more warmth,
it also allows me to use a lighter bag.
