[pct-l] spotted mountain toad

[The Mountain Goat]

Lets not JUMP to conclutions. We could just LEAP FROG over that section. Hopefully they are just pulling our LEGS, but until we are sure we could have someone do a FLY by to see if that section of trail is actualy closed.
