[pct-l] Section A Water Update

Hey all,

Another quick trip to Laguna. Water info:

A7 - 42.2 - Burnt Rancheria Drinking fountain - STILL ON
A7 - 43.1 - Desert View Picnic area - Faucet at rear of parking area (SW 
end) still running. We met a ranger there who told us it has been 
insulated and should be on year round.
A8 - 49.1 - G.A.T.R road (Penny Pines) - WATER TURNED OFF
A8 - 53.0 - Pioneer Mail - FAUCET ON, but tank only has 1 foot of water 
in it.

Also, we met up with SoBo hiker NEMO this morning just south of Burnt 
Rancheria, in case anyone wants to know where he is.
