[pct-l] Water between Fred Canyon/Mt. Laguna

I've also heard that the store will not give water - although I'm sure
they'd sell you some bottled water. I'm not sure when Burnt Rancheria closes
- the USFS website today said it's open. Desert View picnic area "should"
have water until the first freeze at least, and if the outside water is off
there could still be water in the restrooms. Worse case, yogi water from
someone. Let us know what you find.
