There is a  dangerous virus being passed electronically, orally & by any 
human contact.  This virus is called Wicked-Overload-Recreational-Killer or  
W.O.R.K. for short. 
If you receive  W.O.R.K. from any of your colleagues, your boss, trail 
partners, and especially  female leadership types via any means DO NOT TOUCH IT.  
This virus will wipe out your private and  hiking life completely.  Your  
trailtown and saloon visits will go down dramatically.  Trail babes and saloon 
wenches will  forget your name.  Your hard won  reputation will fade into trail 
history and lore. 
If you should  come into contact with W.O.R.K. immediately go to the nearest 
hiker saloon to  meet your trail buddies.  Purchase  the antidote known as 
Work-Isolator-and-Neutralizer-Extractor  or W.I.N.E for short.  Take the  
antidote repeatedly until W.O.R.K. has been completely eliminated from your  system. 
Thank you for  your attention and concern about this hideous and energy 
sapping  ailment.
