Hey all!

So far the air attacks have been holding the fire to the lower elevations. though It appears the 2 fires merged at Forks Springs. 

I estimate roughly 10 miles of trail are affected so far Y2K miles 225.5 to 235.5

The Sawtooth fire perimter extends on tye EAST bank of Mission Creek from the San Bernardino / Riverside County line north along Mission Creek and heads NE at the line <> sections 4-9.

The Millard Fire South edge is in the North 3rd of section 16 and follows the WEST bank of North Frk of Mission Creek to where it heads east in the SW ¼ of section 31

How accurate these perimeters are is always a question and how far the fires have extended past them is unknown at this time.

The weather is warmer today and humidity is remaining low, fortunatly the wind hasn't picked up.

The delecration of a state of emergency by the governor brought many more resources to bear on these fires and the results speak for themselves.

Let's hope they have a handle on it and the wind doesn't pick up
