I think we currently have one or more Trolls on the list.

Trolls have that name, not because they live under bridges and eat
small children, but because they troll the waters with complaints,
insults, compliments, and inflammatory tidbits hoping that
someone...ANYONE, will take the bait.

The best way to deal with a troll is to not feed it: DO NOT respond to
the Troll. I know it is hard, because the troll upsets you SOOO much
that you HAVE to rebut the message, especially if the insult is
directed at you.
