Don't hold your breath for a reroute. It takes a lot of time. There is private property near the old trout farm as well as north and south of I-10. The property value is very high, even in the desert. A reroute may take it near other wind turbines, over train tracks, past a working rock quarry and an off-route vehicle area. don
