Thanks for trying yogi!
We are all currently lacking the hiking endorphines that keep us
mellow! (i.e., go take a hike!) Could this be the real reason I love
long distance hiking???? Having never smoked anything, I guess it is
my coping mechanism ;-)
Personally, I have been skiing laps in the park...The fatigue keeps me
nice and laid back. Hopefully those of you in the midwest are
enjoying the snow as much as me.
