i know this is an old topic, just wanted to chime in on the nemo thing.  so sorry she had to go thru all that and glad she had a message posted to the list.  also wanted to say when i was at drakesbad shamu's trainer and one gallon, we were invited in for food and much of our conversation that night centered around...wonder how much this will cost or if it will cost anything?  like with nemo, it was "leftover" food from dinner that night and nothing was mentioned before and while we were being served.  anyways, sorry nemo had to go thru all this as i know it was very ambiguous when we were there too.  and while we all try to keep responsible and follow rules to preserve a good reputation for hikers sometimes our exhaustion/whatever gets the better of us.  to avoid extra walking that night, we slept in the horseshoe pit in the middle of the resort and just rose at day break.  technically we weren't supposed to do it but we hoped no one would be bothered as they slept thru the night and hopefully never knew we were there.
