For you cookie lovers, I have found  a cookie company for you and the trail.  
It is called BART'S.  Get  them at Whole Foods.  They are expensive.  See

They are small cookies and come  different flavors.  I got the Original 
Chocolate Chips without Nuts for my  significant other (I stole some from the box), 
but there is also the Original  Chocolate Chip Cookies with Pecans and 
Walnuts.  These cookies in any  flavor would be nice out on the trail.  A great 
dessert snack in the  evening after a day of hard campaigning.  They taste like 
they are homemade  right off your oven.
