Talked to the Rawlins BLM office this morning - They'll be leaving a 5 
gallon container of water at Fish Pond Spring this afternoon for those who 
feel the need.  Cuts down the 32 mile waterless section from Bull Spring to 
21 miles.  Fish Pond Spring is about 11 miles north of Rawlins and 1/4 mile 
off trail to the west.  It's on the BLM maps - if you're using just 
Jonathon's maps, you might not find it.  Good luck.
